Describe the bug
After a merchant despawns, the Next Spawn Time shows the previous spawn time, and the countdown timer starts counting up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Wait until merchant spawns
2. Wait until merchant despawns
3. See that the next spawn time still shows the old spawn time, and the timer starts counting up.

Expected behavior
The Next Spawn time should show the proper next spawn time and the timer should reset and count down.
