small file naming bug #17
Description
score_guides does work on fastqs, but when I use it with the -s flag to create two files (dashed and undashed), the file names end up with _dashed.fasta and _undashed.fasta. They are actually fastq files, but mislabeled as .fasta. Thanks for addressing this!
