Update OSX Protege PKI trust configuration with a new certificate

Protege for mac, as of 5.5.0, has its own JRE folder structure which contains its own catrust files.

One way to add a custom certificate is to update the application's .App folder directly, but on a modern OSX there are some hurdles to jump through:

Procedure:

1. Enable the terminal application to "update applications"
   
2. Update your installed java certificates in the usual way, where the certs are stored in $JAVA_HOME folder like:
   /opt/homebrew/opt/openjdk/libexec/openjdk.jdk/Contents/Home/lib/security/cacerts
3. Copy the cacerts file from your normal JRE folder in the protege .App folder:
   sudo cp /opt/homebrew/opt/openjdk/libexec/openjdk.jdk/Contents/Home/lib/security/cacerts /Applications/Protégé.app/Contents/Plugins/JRE/Contents/Home/jre/lib/security
