1.0 release

The following things have to be done before the 1.0 release:

• Release Package on PyPI (see Release Package on PyPI #18 )
• Test in a different Environment (@ku-we)
• Improve compose project detection (see Find containers via docker command #31)
• Improve start/stop commands (see Improve stop and restart of containers  #27)
• Save container configuration (see Use docker compose config to save the container configuration #29)
• Find a way to notify for config updates (see Notify when default config changed #32)
