Pulseaudio Binding 3.1.0-SNAPSHOT - Audio sink preview

This release of the Pulseaudio binding includes a new functionnality : the ability to use the Things "audio sink" as an effective sink in openHAB.

Create a thing "audio sink" and activate the functionality in the thing configuration. The binding will then autoload the module "simple-protocol-tcp" and broadcast raw audio data when you use the "play sound" action.
