Don't include sleep in keyword times #401

Often there will be sleeps added in a keyword to wait for a condition to be meet, or simply to emulate user behaviour, currently this sleep time will be included in the elapsed time that keyword takes
This could be exacerbated by enabling inject think time primarily when a keyword includes sub keywords and the sleep time is injected after those sub keywords, causing the parent keyword to have a longer elapsed time
Describe the solution you'd like
Add an option to not include sleep time in the keyword's elapsed time. there should be 2 options:
- exclude only injected sleep time
- exclude all sleep time
