I found an issue need help

The NAARI app is running properly but the trigger message doesn't display.
kindly suggest something to fix the problem.
while holding the button i don't get SOS message to registered contact

Hello Priti, Please check if you've given message access and other required access to the Naari application. I just checked few days back for the same and it's working fine. Thanks, Danish
