Refactor code to reflect change in terminology for pages #117

Under the Change Create Analysis terminology to Generate Prediction commit, we changed terminology for pages from Dashboard to PastPredictions and CreateAnalysis to GeneratePrediction, with prediction being the prevailing term for a grouping of classifications and corresponding actions. While we made the changes so that the UI reflects this, the code still retains the old terminology, with analysis largely present as a term.
