FEAT | LED power / activity indicator #40

🚀 Feature Proposal
We currently don't have any support for LED or OLED status indication. So when the system is operating presently its not clear if the hardware is powered or operating normally. It might be nice to blink a status LED to indicate the system is power and possibly blinking a different LED when packets are sent or received.
