Getting Blank record file on Tfrecod generation #118
Description
Failed to create a NewWriteableFile: : The system cannot find the path specified.

Command used : python generate_tfrecord.py --csv_input=data/train_labels.csv --output_path=train.record
I've the CSV files at the path mentioned in the command, and the file is also not blank.
