Make sure that the necessary translation is present in the dcm4chee-arc-lang project files. Some translations were not made in full

Translations for non English languages is voluntary from community members as they requested for certain languages support. The language key / value pairs and the configuration schemas are updated on regular basis depending on the features / improvements / bug fixes that the core development team does. Therefore it is obvious that not all translations for all languages will always be up-to-date unless there is voluntary contribution to updates of these new key / value pairs and updates in configuration schemas as well. The screenshots attached above for Spanish & Russian do show the translated values on the buttons / tabs etc. The names of devices and attribute values of LDAP fields are read out LDAP which will always be in English |

Describe the bug
in v5.34.1, or even earlier versions, changing language in UI is still no use. For example, try to switch to French or Spanish, the UI still remains in English. It doesn't matter if the deployment is in secure or insecure mode.
Actually, even in v5.33 or v5.32, this issue was still there.
How to reproduce:
Log in administration web UI and select a different language, it takes no changes and always remains on English language.
