Hi All, We are looking for a timeline tool and love the layout of this. We are currently implementing the voice call object and was wondering if the timeline will show the voice call records. Thanks! |

The answer is that we can plot direct relationships to the VoiceCall object but not indirect relationships. This is particularly evident if you want to show all VoiceCall records related to ANY Contact/Opportunity from an Account. We have an issue that went though this is a bit more detail here (#269).
