Add option to add and organise by tags.

I saw this on Delphi Praxis, which motivated this feature suggestion:

On Mac, I have used SnippetsLab for Delphi code snippets. I have exported them to a json file.

Does anybody know a good snippet manager for Windows that:

• supports Delphi syntax
• can import json files
• has good organizational features like tags, folders, search, filters, etc.

I use both.

Neither have all three of the capabilities you mention.
