Automatic license text inclusion in final compiled Wasm binary

As a convenience to the end developer, we should consider creating a feature that would automatically include the license text of all npm dependencies and Cargo dependencies included in the final Wasm binary. Many developers might not know this is a legal requirement if they distribute their binary, and end developers creating the tooling over and over to achieve this isn't ideal.
