Suggestions for improving Deno workflow and lockfile management

I was analyzing the Deno workflow and had a few observations that might help improve consistency and cross-platform support:

1. Using deno cache --lock-write could replace the shell-specific rm + deno install sequence, making lockfile management simpler and atomic.
2. Adding helper tasks like fmt, lint, test, and type-check could standardize the developer workflow.
3. Documenting the required Deno version and treating the lockfile as mandatory in CI might prevent unexpected issues.

For CI or local development, tasks like regenerating the lockfile, verifying it, and caching dependencies could be useful.
I’m curious what others think about these ideas, especially regarding which entrypoints to include for the lockfile and whether a CI check of all tasks would be beneficial.
