Bug: clicking the 🍔 trigger while sidebar is in open state causes sidebar to remain visible but scrim gets hidden

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to cauldron.dequelabs.com with viewport less than or equal to 1024px
2. click on menubar's "Menu" menuitem (button)
3. while sidebar is still open, click on the menu button again

Expected Behavior

sidebar is closed; focus is on the hamburger button; proper attributes are toggled to reflect the closed state
