1. hirag/config.py - Complete centralized configuration module:

   • Hierarchical Configuration Structure: 7 logical configuration groups
   • Type-Safe Configuration Classes: Full type validation and defaults
   • Environment Variable Overrides: 15+ env vars supported (e.g., OPENAI_API_KEY, HIRAG_CHUNK_SIZE)
   • Backward Compatibility: Legacy configuration mapping for seamless migration

2. hirag_config.yaml - Comprehensive configuration template:

   • Complete Parameter Coverage: All 70+ configuration values centralized
   • Clear Documentation: Each section documented with purpose and options
   • Legacy Compatibility Section: Maintains existing config.yaml format support

• _op.py: Updated text processing and performance settings
• prompt.py: Centralized prompt delimiter constants
• Configuration values: Migrated 70+ scattered hardcoded values
