cannot interrupt serve_io() #13
Description
I've found when using the serve_io() mcp server I cannot interrupt the mcp server without closing the entire terminal. The only way to do so is to first press escape and then enter the new line. This is the behavior I get:
> mcpr::serve_io(chief::chief_mcp_server())

This also result in claude being unable to remove the MCP io connection via claude remove
