Description
On Android, setting the FlowDirection property on the SearchBar control does not change the text direction as expected. The same code works correctly on other platforms (iOS, Mac, Windows), but on Android, toggling between LeftToRight and RightToLeft has no visible effect.
Steps to Reproduce
Run the attached sample SampleApp.zip
Observe the SearchBar's FlowDirection behavior on an Android device
