Open required ports

OpenDaylight requires various ports to be open for it to function. Need to handling opening these in the Puppet module.

Need to both provide reasonable defaults and allow the user to override them via an ODL class param.

Can likely use the firewall Puppet module to accomplish this.

Update: Most downstream consumers of the ODL Puppet mod seem to be totally disabling their firewall at the moment, which is nice for dev work (and mitigates this TODO) but clearly can't be the long-term solution.
