I want integrate my rotators on home assistant.
Could be possible a MQTT interface on remoterotator?

Hey Ruben! Long time no see!

I'm sorry, remoteRotator doesn't support MQTT natively. The Broker NATS has a compatibility mode for MQTT, but I don't think that this is what you are looking for. Probably the easiest option would be to use the builtin REST interface. Having a look at routes.go for the available endpoints.
For remoteAudio I wrote a Wiki article on how to use the REST API. This should get you started.
