Allow reordering tratments

Would be nice to be able to reorder treatments, either alphabetically (which already seems to happen), or even manually? 🤔

That would help users to manage their treatments, like I usually first take the one to protect my stomach, then the rest in a certain order.

For me it's fine and I don't need the app to help me with that, but for old people who tend to lose their memory, such a feature might be a great help and it could help keep them healthy. 😉

I need to a lot of code refactoring to add reordering, since Gtk.ListView does not allow drag and drop (as far as I'm aware), that's why this is not implemented.

Then what I would recommend is add that to the notes or add the order number before the treatments names, that way it will be ordered correctly.

This is a good work around, but there might be a few ways of going about this without the need for drag 'n drop.

1. A 'collation field' could be added to the treatments where the user could simply input a number. It would essentially be the same thing but more obvious to the user.

2. It could also be a drop down with a few priority levels i.e. a 'priority field.'

Either way, the treatments could then be displayed within their groups in the order of collation or the order of priority.

3. Another alternative that's a bit more similar to drag 'n drop might be to use arrows to move treatments up or down?

Good suggestions, I was thinking of opening a dialog with a simple list to drag n drop, that could work as well. I'll try to implement something when I can.
