Autocomplete treatment names

When I add a new treatment I would like the Name field to provide autocompletions.

The completions could come from the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines and/or the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines for Children.

Or it could just be a more simple list such as:

• Calcium
• Copper
• Iron
• L-Carnitine
• L-Glutamine
• Omega-3
• Selenium
• Magnesium
• Multivitamin
• Vitamin A
• Vitamin B
• Vitamin C
• Vitamin D
• Vitamin E
• Vitamin K
• Zinc

I would need a database for this, translated to all languages.

An alternative would be just to have the autocompletion activated if the system's language is English, another alternative would to have the autocompletion in English regardless of their system's language. Another alternative would just use the much smaller lists of vitamins and minerals which would be much easier to translate into all languages.
