Slash command only applications don’t get kicked from testing server

Describe the Bug
Slash command only applications don't get removed from the testing server once they are approved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a slash command only application to the testing server
2. Approve it
3. Observe how the slash commands are still in the testing server

Expected Behavior
The slash command application should have been kicked from the testing server, just like how a normal bot application is kicked from the testing server once it's been approved.
