FORCING CREATURES TO USE RELAX and SMOKE

I was wondering if there is a way to force creatures to use these two animations when they have nothing else to do.
In my opinion, it would be interesting and nice for a modder to add extra animations, making the creatures a little more lifelike.

Perhaps at some point room roles will be accessible by lua and then mapmakers could include such animations of the roles. But this is a significant job with just tiny benefits.
