The second half of the workshop - starting from the live demo - went extremely well. But I think the first half not as much, mostly because it looks like a presentation - slide after slide of text. Instead, I think we should add "mini" demos throughout the presentation - no more than two slides without a quick demo, even if it is 30 seconds long. For example, after talking about what Gemini CLI is, just open it up and show some of the features and how it can create/modify/delete files and things like that.
