Description

I don't see Vietnamese translation for DeepL and DeepL Free. May you add it. The how to add new translation say that it doesn't contain the how_to_add_new_translator.md.

And btw, may you also add DeepSeek for translation. Their API price seems to be pretty cheap to use.
