Images built orphans are pushed outside image tag directory in JFROG

Hi,
Using setup-buildx-action version 2.10.0 to build my images, I noticed that in JFROG, SHA (orphans) are located into a directory named with image tag but when I use version 3.0.0 or later, the orphans are outside tag directory. Are there new configurations to setup with latest version ?

I think the issue is about push action.
