[FEAT] delegate by email or Mindwtr user #55

🤔 Is your feature request related to a problem?
When I'm processing my Inbox, and I come to the Delegate question, there's a Who? box, and a Send Request button. I can type any name into Who, it seems to be just a text field. The Send Request button does nothing (for me). I'd LOVE to be able to delegate to another Mindwtr user by entering their handle... or to another GTD app user via a new or existing communication standard... obviously all of this would require significant additional infrastructure which is possibly not on the roadmap at all but surely isn't soon. However, email!
💡 Proposed Solution
I'd love if Mindwtr would open an email message in my emailer of choice, with the handle I typed in the Who? box in the To field. If I added a full email address that would be used, otherwise the email client could search for the name or I could find the appropriate email myself at that point. This seems not particularly difficult and would be a lovely feature. Unsure if it's feasible for, say, gmail-in-browser users...

Splitting up the task into the task itself which goes into Waiting, and a "Tell So-and-so to do the task" task, which goes in Next
