After a successful release build, run a basic test to verify the deployer server's pushed image #31
Description
When doing a release build on Travis, the deployer server's Docker image is built and pushed to Docker Hub.
After (or before?) the image has been successfully pushed, we should start a container with the new image to verify that the built image is valid (see #30).
