Prepare I18n

@downthemall/owners the current locale strings are at https://github.com/downthemall/website/blob/padrino/app/locale/en.yml, a similar file needs to be pushed for each of the languages we intend to support.

• Choose the languages to support on the first release
• Translate strings for each language
