issue: store persistent host failed: ERR ERR evalsha command slot error, please use hashtag

hello,
I faced one issue which might regarding to the redis cache. when seed peer annoucehost to scheduler。 scheduler report error:
“store persistent host failed: ERR ERR evalsha command slot error, please use hashtag”
at first, I doubt it is caused by the slice of redis. so I build another redis db without slice. while the issue still existed. below gave more details:
