The cached results do not get uploaded when executing turbo build in GitHub Actions.

I have set up my own local remote cache server for use with build caching.

In the local environment, if I run the command with the --api flag pointing to the URL of the remote cache server, I can confirm that the cache artifact is uploaded well to the /tmp/turborepocache/{teamid} path on the cache server.

I executed the command as follows. The characters enclosed in {} are actually regular text.
I confirmed that the exact same command is executed in GitHub Actions.

yarn turbo run build --filter={myPackageName} --team={team_myTeam} --api={myRemoteCacheServerUrl} --token={token}

When running the build locally, the command ...writing to cache... is displayed, but I do not see this command output in GitHub Actions.

I've solved it! The problem was that the network where the GitHub Actions pod is running was different from the network of the remote cache API server that I set up.
