Feature Request: Show icons on cursor hover

It would be top if I do not need to click the small arrow but all icons expand when I hover with the cursor over the menu bar or the part of the menu bar where the hidden icons are. That saves an extra click. The tool "hide menu items" from Parallels Toolbox has this behavior.
