Describe the bug
rule of one for step 1 or 2 has to be based on the dice roll not on the final result.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. roll step 1 and step 1 (two dice)
2. repeat until both dice show 1 as rolled result (not as total)
3. rule of one does not appear

Expected behavior
rule of one should be based on the dice face not on the result.
