Node.js MongoDB and Go Runtime samples are not started

Describe the bug

It is not possible to start a workspace from Node.js MongoDB sample.
To fix it, we can try to upgrade tools image to the latest tag

It's probably related to #23692.

Workspace started without problems on DS 3.25 and 3.26

I detected the same problem for the Go Runtime sample, so - I renamed the issue title

yes, the problem is related to the openssl version, there is reference to the corresponding issue in the description :

It's probably related to #23692.
