Eclipse Platform presentation on openhub.net #2450

Description

@azoitl

https://openhub.net is a platform owned by BlackDuck for analyzing and ranking of open source projects. I recently fixed several issues for some Eclipse Projects (GEF, Mylyn, EGit) at openhub.net. As part of that I noticed that the Eclipse platform has no real representation there.

There is https://openhub.net/p/eclipse. However the headline and the text is a mixture of Eclipse Platform and JDT:

The repositories that are listed for this project page, and that are used for providing the dashboard with all the project statistics are numerous (23) , consisting among other of platform, jdt, equinox repositories. Some by now archived.

I guess this should be changed to at least three projects: Platform, JDT, and equinox.

As any registered user can edit these projects and can also create new ones I would volunteer to polish that.

However I wanted to check here to ask if this is something that should be done and if yes, which repos should be where and what naming should be used.
