Adapt Wallet endpoints to IdentityHub

Description

Create an adapter for the wallet-stub endpoints for compatibility with current tractusx-edc, Umbrella and Portal API calls.

The main idea is to call the wallet API and convert it to an IdentityHub API call

Objectives

• Replace Wallet-Stub with IdentityHub
• Ensure all wallet-stub API calls get adapted to identityHub API calls (avoid adapting issuer api calls since IdentityHub does not issue CV)
