Looking for the digital Phantom stl models

Hello Dr. Franck,

First of all, thanks a lot for building the GVXR repository. This is very very helpful for students. We were able to run almost every demo. However, we still couldn't find the files for the lungman and other anatomies. Would it be possible for you to kindly share the STL or any other files for all the other digital phantoms?

I appreciate any help you can provide.

Thanks for your feedback. It's greatly appreciated. I am currently working on it. I need to anonymise the DICOM files and upload everything on Zenodo. I'll let you know here when it's done.

Looking forward to the digital phantom files. I am working on a bio-mechanic reasoning system for which this would be a great input to speedup the research!

• For the Lungman: There you go: https://zenodo.org/records/10782644 Please note that the meshes may be upside down compare to what I used in the notebooks. I would need to update them.

Hi Franck, I meant, having one stl file for the phantom, given that currently the phantom is a combination of multiple files. regards, Amar

There is one STL file per anatomical structure. If you have one file, you won't be able to distinguish the different anatomical structures. If you want to combine some together or alter meshes, you could use MeshLab.
