We may need to add a SQLite dependency to Cherri then, lol, or at least start looking at this for metadata.

Enumerations as well!

Additionally, these appear to be from a color picker app I have installed, so, in theory, this would provide us with everything for the apps installed on a specific system as well.

That's a general note, you'll need to not do this in an IDE terminal if it has limited access to your file system.

I created a branch that reads the toolkit DB. Here is it querying the enumerations for a type in one of the actions for my color picker app I have installed.

We could implement some syntax like this to have us query for actions and enumerations for a specific app identifier and automatically define them in the compiler for usage.

I thought about a toolkit keyword, but import seems to describe this better and isn't domain-specific.

We could transform the info title into camelCase for the action name. You could then search for these actions by providing the file with the syntax above, and also use the --action= argument to find actions defined automatically this way.

I could find the action in Shortcuts I want to use in Cherri and search for the name:

This has yet to be implemented, but this would be the idea.

Maybe instead you reference an application package in the Applications folder, from there we could find actions using its Contents/Info.plist CFBundleIdentifier.

That works much better. I was able to import Freeform actions, and we also now have a locale argument.

Here is what I have so far of programatic parsing. I only really need types now, though I would like to find parameter summaries as well. Please let me know if you find those.

@Kenna-Blackburn, It seems some parameter and output descriptions are in ParameterLocalizations.descriptionSummary, but not all.

Feel free to use types in our implementation in toolkit.go. Keep in mind, I only pulled in the parameters we needed.

I believe it's in Tools.requirements, though I forget how @gluebyte said it was encoded. It's probably another protobuf.

Latest on main now has decompilation support for this. I'm not sure how I missed this. There is a CLI argument to disable it in case it ever gets it wrong, but for the most part, this seems to decompile actions if they exist on your system, which should be very useful!
