Clear History does not delete print job history

What Happened?

The Clear History button allows records of file usage recorded by Zeitgeist and the Gtk.RecentManager to be removed (within a specified timerange). However the printer queue is unaffected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Print some stuff
2. Clear the history
3. Inspect the print queue
4. Completed jobs are still recorded

Expected Behavior

An option to remove completed jobs and possibly paused/ongoing jobs from the printer queue should be added to the popover.

Note: See elementary/settings-printers#163. This provides a facility to clear the printer queue separately but it would be convenient to have it here as well.
