Update pypi before a new github release

Please update pypi packages before github because we received notification of a new release in the email and when we try to update via pip install -U granian the new version is not yet available.

Thanks. I am promoting Granian so that it is more widely used and grows with even more improvements.

Since 1.0.0 pypi releases are published before the github ones.
