Impact of DRM and requiring manifest SDK version 3 or higher

I'm submitting my plugin to the market place and noticed this banner:

Stream Deck plugin changes
From January 19, 2026, new plugins will be required to be DRM compatible, and have a minimum Stream Deck version of 6.9 or higher, and manifest SDK version of 3 or higher. From February 19, 2026, this will also apply to new plugin version updates.Learn more

I noticed the StreamDeckPlugin doesn't reference the manifest SDK version 3 or higher. Wanted to check what is the lift to ensure the framework supports this change and how I can help to make the changes?

@emorydunn I have successfully submitted a streamdeck plugin to the market place with the change in the pull request #41. Appreciate if you can merge the pull request.
