new hypr config folder structure to add support for custom hypridle/hyprlock #2897

What would you like to be added?
./config/hypr/
- hyprland.conf (contains only "source" lines)
- hyprlock.conf (contains only "source" lines)
- hypridle.conf (contains only "source" lines)
- illogical-impulse/ (contains configs from illogical-impulse)
- colors.conf
- env.conf
- execs.conf
- general.conf
- keybinds.conf
- rules.conf
- hyprlock.conf
- hypridle.conf
- custom/
- (similar as "illogical-impulse/", but for user customization)

@clsty what do you think about moving ~/.config/illogical-impulse/config.json to different location ? Maybe inside ~/.config/hypr/illogical-impulse/config.json ? Because i am using zoxide snd having two directory named same will introduce extra characters to target right folder.
How will it help?
Add supports for custom hyprlock & hypridle config
