installation of chocolatey fails with HTTP403

When running the PowerShell commands from the readme I got a HTTP403 error and no software is installed

workaround:

1. download the install.ps1 with the browser
2. edit install.ps1 > add line 181:
   $downloader.Headers.Add('User-Agent','Safari')
3. run the downloaded/edited install.ps1: (extension txt is added by the browser)
   iex (get-content -raw .\Downloads\install.ps1.txt)
