New Feature: Video First Frame Check

Hi all,

for those who might be interested,
I have created a branch https://github.com/ermig1979/AntiDupl/tree/libheif_with_hw_support
where I have implemented a first frame check in videos
(all types of videos like mov,mp4, avi etc. using ffmpeg, also used to speed up .heic checks due to use of hw acceleration)
means
all pictures are compared against the first frame of the video and also videos are compared against each other to detect some duplicates:

Beware that it is not full video check, even if the first frame is same, the full videos content could still be different, this have to be checked manually, but you will get some hints from file size and image resolution.
