entering telephone for accompanying persion

when trying to enter a telephone number in the format requested, it does not allow me too

Steps to recreate

1. Open initial form
2. Enter 22(2)-222-222-2222 into the telephone
3. try to save the form

Ah, a labeling issue. The format is "2 or 3 digits 3 digits 3 digits 4 digits". Do you know of a better way to specify that other than what's there?

Could just have "00-000-000-0000 or 000-000-000-0000"
