`gas_delivered` field can have `GJ` units instead of `m3`.

To add one scenario where it'd be interesting to be able to define the fields to process: Some devices may emit DSMR data with different units than the ones that are currently defined. One example is that Eneco in the Netherlands has smart meters for their district heating network, which uses the gas_delivered field to expose the energy that was delivered in GJ rather than m3, example payload and poor workaround here. Currently unit mismatches result in a failure but it could be interesting to be able to support these devices as well.

Todo:

• Make gas_delivered field work if the units are GJ, not m3.

I decided to add a new field rather than modify an existing field.
