Did you check the documentation and specs?
Was there anything unclear or missing?
What I checked:
I reviewed the Optimism documentation and asked in the Discord community, but couldn’t find any documented cases or public dashboards showing real-world proposer challenges.
What I’m looking for:
I’d like to understand how the fault proof system behaves in practice:
Have there been any historical cases where a proposer submitted an incorrect claim that was successfully challenged and invalidated?
If so, where can this be verified (on-chain or via off-chain tools such as dashboards, explorers, or UI)?
Is there any way to review historical proposer activity and challenges over time?
Any pointers to documentation or data sources would be very helpful.
