Switching between existing profiles?

Does AutoHotStreamDeck have the ability to switch between existing profiles? It would be less clunky than using AutoHotkey to call a dummy .exe file to get it to switch.

is there any kind of syntax or documentation available other than the very hard to decipher without being an expert, examples.
